Flight
This series is being developed from images captured from an old truck located on a vast private property developed for cranberry bogs. Look closely: the broken peeling paint creates gorgeous abstracted and surreal images. Over and over the swaths of old paint take the form of feathers. This truck is a muse of beauty and artistry to; it reveals the surprising beauty of the old and forgotten, the discarded things and the transformation that can occur when one is open to seeing this way. Look again: this truck is now in flight, with the wings of flying things spanning across red and blue skies and over roads and ocean waves to its new unfathomable freedom.
